Current Turnaround Times
General Turn Around Times:
- Most Items: 2 weeks
- Pant hems: 1 week
- Formal Wear/Prom/Bridesmaid: 3-4 weeks
- Wedding Gowns/Difficult Items: Currently not accepting until March 2025
- Custom Garments: 8-12 weeks
Cleanliness Policy
Please bring your items in freshly laundered. Any items that are dirty, smell of urine or cigarette smoke will be turned away. If an item is found to be dirty after dropping off you'll be asked to pick it up and clean it before we can work on it. Please understand this is for our health, to prevent damage to the machines, and to prevent transfer to other garments.
Late/No Show Policy
If you are running late, call or text as soon as possible! (816) 986-9530
If you haven't contacted us and are more than 10 minutes late you will need to reschedule.
Missed appointments will be subjected to a $25 no show fee
or will be turned away for all future projects.
